Our mission is to solve real problems for outdoor enthusiasts who value efficiency, premium quality, and the freedom to roam. We design gear that helps you spend less time setting up and more time enjoying the outdoors.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our marketing strategy, own the customer journey, and help fuel Vanultra’s next stage of growth. You’ll be responsible for digital marketing, sales, and customer service—serving as the first point of contact across key touchpoints, with support as needed.
This role is ideal for a resourceful, hands-on problem solver who’s comfortable wearing many hats. You’ll build funnels, create content, manage campaigns, and connect directly with customers who love gear and seek memorable outdoor experiences.
This position offers:
- Remote freedom – Work from your campsite, an Airbnb cabin, or your favorite coffee shop
- Highly flexible schedule – Set your own hours, take time off for your own adventures, recharge, and live the lifestyle we support
- Growth potential – As Vanultra scales, you may have the opportunity to manage direct reports and help shape the future of the business

- Own our content calendar
- Collaborate on and produce both long-form and short-form content:
- Customer stories and use cases
- Product education and demos
- Social media content (lifestyle, reels, stories, etc.)
- YouTube content, short testimonials, and installation tips
- Manage graphic and video assets using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Shape brand messaging and positioning with authentic storytelling to drive engagement and conversions.
Sales & Customer Service Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact across phone, email, chat, and text
- Guide potential customers from first interaction to purchase—answering questions, building trust, and showcasing product value.
- Assist with pre- and post-sale needs including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and spare parts
- Help maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues with clarity, speed, and professionalism
