Return Policy

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. Stark Side LLC (“Stark Side”) reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.


Order Cancellations

  • A 4% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled before shipment
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased directly from starksidegear.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days will not be accepted. However, our team is happy to assist with troubleshooting and product support.


Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • 10% restocking fee — unused products returned in original, unopened packaging
  • 20% restocking fee — products that have been opened or installed

All returns and exchanges must include original packaging, hardware, and accessories.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Open-box or discounted “used” products
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • International orders (outside of USA) are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact sales@starksidegear.com and include:

  • Your original order number
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange

If approved under this policy, Stark Side will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns or exchanges sent without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.


Exchanges (Important)

For all approved exchanges, the original item must be received, inspected, and approved by Stark Side before a replacement item is shipped.

Replacement products will not be shipped until the original item has arrived at our facility and is confirmed to meet exchange eligibility requirements under this policy.

Exchange processing and shipment typically occur within 7–10 business days after the original item is received and approved. A confirmation email will be sent once the exchange has shipped.


Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to a confirmed Stark Side error or manufacturing defect
  • If a defect or shipping error is confirmed, Stark Side will cover return shipping costs
  • Stark Side reserves the right to refuse or return any product received in unacceptable condition

Returned items must be:

  • Securely packaged in original cartons with original packaging materials
  • Properly padded to prevent damage during transit

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging. We strongly recommend insuring all return shipments. Stark Side is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Return & Exchange Timeframe

Returned or exchanged products must arrive at our facility within three (3) weeks of RMA approval. Shipments received after this period may be denied and returned to the sender.


Refunds & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds:
    Processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. No cash refunds.
  • Exchanges:
    Processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after the original item is received and approved.

Once an exchange order has shipped, customers are responsible for any charges related to address changes or canceled shipments.


Discontinued Products

If a product has been discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued.


Receiving & Inspecting Your Order / Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, take photos, refuse delivery, and notify us immediately
  • If packaging is damaged but product condition is unclear, take photos, request an Exception Number from the carrier, and notify us
  • Concealed damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a damaged shipment is accepted, the customer is responsible for any associated shipping expenses.
