Limited Warranty – Stark Side LLC

Stark Side LLC (“Stark Side”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“Consumer”) that Stark Side products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for their intended purpose for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of original retail purchase.
This is a Limited Warranty and applies only to the original Consumer purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
What Stark Side Will Do
If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, Stark Side will, at its sole option:
- Repair the defective product or component, or
- Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished equivalent.
The remedy described above shall be the Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
- Improper installation or failure to follow provided instructions
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Modification, alteration, or repair by anyone other than Stark Side
- Accidents, overloading, racing, or use beyond intended design
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or environmental exposure
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, the Consumer must, within the warranty period:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide a description of the claimed defect
- Obtain a Warranty Claim Authorization from Stark Side prior to returning any product
Products returned without authorization may be refused.
Implied Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY COLORADO LAW, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of purchase.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Stark Side shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or vehicle downtime.
Some states, including Colorado, do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Stark Side’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the Consumer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
